Jiwa Organic Chia Seeds
Don’t be fooled by the size, tiny Chia seeds pack a powerful nutritional punch. Native to Mexico and Guatemala, Jiwa’s Chia seeds are now grown right here in India. We strictly use the local variety to support the Indian farmer. Chia seeds can be used in multiple preparations. They can be eaten raw or soaked in juice, added to puddings & smoothies or added to baked goods. They are a storehouse of all things nice and worth their weight in gold!
Storage & Shelf Life
Best before 6 months from date of manufacturing, Fresher the better! Conventionally stored in tin boxes away from moisture and heat.
- Boil 1 cup milk.
- Add 1 cup Jiwa ‘Fruit & Nut’ Oatmeal.
- Cook through on medium heat for 3-5 minutes, till the milk is absorbed.
Add a spoonful of chia seeds to your drinking water, and turn up the health meter.

Organic Black Chia Seeds
Appearance: Silky black tiny seeds dotted with bits of white.
Aroma: Chia seeds have a soft neutral aroma, easy to miss really!
Taste notes: In raw form, the texture of the chia seed is crunchy and dense. When soaked, they become soft like the pearls of tapioca and have a mushy mouth feel.
