Fun Fact
Like all grains, wheat began as a wild grass, and may in fact have been the very first crop in the history of mankind!
Experience
Appearance: buff beige coloured smooth flour!
Aroma: typical of the stone ground varieties, the nutty aroma is pronounced, and is well balanced with the added sweet whiffs of the organic variety.
Taste notes: strong nuttiness with the fibrous texture sits really well on the back of the mouth, and gives a satiating feeling that lingers.
This my second purchase and i would like to continue using the Khapli wheat flour as the jiwa flour is healthy and tasty, makes really good parathas.
The products are good and will order again.
