- Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pressure cooker.
- Add in 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 chopped onion, 1 inch ginger (finely chopped) and 1-2 finely chopped green chillies. Sauté till the onions are lightly browned.
- Add ¼ cup chopped tomatoes, 1/2 cup cubed potatoes, 1/2 cup chopped carrots and 1/2 cup green peas.
- Rinse 1 cup of ‘Jiwa Oats Dalia’, and stir it in. Add 4 cups water, and salt to taste.
- Pressure cook for 2 whistles.
- Hurry on the 3rd one if the hunger is eating you up!
