• Is it necessary to have an account to buy?
    Not at all. We believe in getting you addicted as a ‘guest’ first, for which you only need a valid email address. Later, once you are part of the Jiwa ‘family’, we make checkouts, you receive personalised suggestions, deals and offers, and invites to visit the mill and other events with Jiwa. (also a bait to convert ‘guest’ to ‘family’ sooner!)
  • I can’t remember my password. What do I do?
    Go to the ‘Forgot Password’ Page and enter your email id. Follow the procedure in the email and you should be done in a couple of minutes.
  • I did not receive my order confirmation e-mail. What do I do now?
    While Jiwa is a beautiful name- sometimes mailboxes do not recognise the webname, and might send the email to the Spam folder. So check that first. If it’s not there, send us a quick email at help@jiwa.in, and we shall be of service at the earliest.
  • How do I know my order has been confirmed?
    Once your order has been logged and the payment has been authorized by your bank, you should receive a receipt via email, confirming your order. Additionally, you can head over to Account page, click orders and see all your orders.
  • Can my order be modified after it has been placed?
    Absolutely! Before we ship it (modifying on the way is not possible with the current state of technology)- modify your order, by filling out the form on this page . Alternatively, send us an email to help@jiwa.in and we’ll get back to you with help at the earliest.
  • When does Jiwa charge my credit card?
    We charge only once we have made you do all the work- of selecting product, quantity, adding address, and delivery option.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    While we hope it does not get to this- please send us an email to help@jiwa.in with your order details and we’ll cancel it promptly. Once the product leaves our hands, it cannot be taken back, so any cancellations need to be done before shipping only
  • How do you refund my money?
    Jiwa will process the refund based on your chosen mode of payment. This typically takes about 5-7 working days.
  • I’m not too happy with the product (or have received the wrong shipment). What do I do now?
    To err is human, and despite our best effort to give you only the best wholegrain product, maybe something went wrong. Please feel free fill up the form on this page, or shoot out an email to help@jiwa.in. We shall make up in the best way possible, else refund your money right back to you.
  • How do I return my order?
    We pride ourselves for bringing to you the freshest organic supply there is. And grain,like other vegetable or fruit, is perishable. We consider returned goods, compromised in freshness. So at Jiwa, we do not have a return policy. But please feel free to write to us at help@jiwa.in and we promise to do whatever we can to resolve the issue.
