Jowar (Sorghum)

Rinse Pure Jowar Dalia under running water till the water is clear.
Once rinsed, drain and boil along with water for 15 - 20 minutes or till the Jowar Dalia turns soft.
Once cooked remove the pot from heat, cover and let it steam for 5 minutes.
Fluff with a fork.
Make any preparations of your choice.
Serve hot or cold.

Best before 6 months from date of manufacturing, fresher the better! Conventionally stored in tin boxes away from moisture and heat.
