Description

A breakfast of oats is a good ‘gut’ feeling of a fulfilled day! Jiwa’s Instant Oats are partially cooked during the milling process, and so they are ‘quicker’ to make your morning porridge. Ideal for making crunchy flapjack biscuits, muesli or a savory upma, they are quite a staple kitchen companion. Get the day started right, and feel sustained energy through the day with this instant goodness.

Storage & Shelf Life

Best before 6 months from date of manufacturing, Fresher the better! Conventionally stored in tin boxes away from moisture and heat.

Cooking Method

  • Boil 1 cup skimmed milk and add ½ cup of Jiwa Instant Oats.
  • Cook for 3-5 minutes on medium flame, till the milk gets absorbed; or till the porridge reaches your preferred consistency.

Serving Suggestion

Best to make ‘instant’ happiness, top with seasonal berries and Jiwa’s crunchy Chia seeds.

Experience

Appearance: Vanilla White

Aroma: Once you start to cook them, instant oats come alive with a deep toasty scent, typical of the pure Australian variety.

Taste notes: The taste is mushy and quite a mouthful in every spoon of porridge or upma that you make of these oats.
