Storage & Shelf Life
Best before 6 months from date of manufacturing, Fresher the better! Conventionally stored in tin boxes away from moisture and heat.
- Heat about 1 teaspoon of ghee in a pan, add ½ cup Jiwa Oats Dalia, 1 tsp. turmeric and salt to taste.
- Roast for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
- Add 2 cups water, cover and let cook for 10-12 minutes or till the oats turn soft.
Mildly spiced, or cooked with jaggery to make ‘lapsi’, this Dalia has a whiff of pure earthiness.
