Gluten Free Upma Mix
Upma is the breakfast staple in most Indian households. At Jiwa, we decided to give it a modern twist. Introducing Jiwa’s Gluten Free Upma Mix! Our homegrown recipe is a blend of jowari semolina and carefully chosen Indian spices to give you the perfect flavor and texture. This 2 minute breakfast is as delightful as it is fast to plate.
Storage & Shelf Life
Best before 6 months from date of manufacturing, Fresher the better! Conventionally stored in tin boxes away from moisture and heat.
- Boil 3 cups of water in a vessel with a pinch of salt.
- Add ¾ cups of the Jiwa Gluten Free Upma mix, stir, and lower the flame.
- Cook covered for 8-10 minutes, stirring in between, or till the Upma is of desired consistency.
Best enjoyed with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, and some freshly chopped mint and/or coriander.
