At Jiwa, we love to surprise our patrons with constant innovation. Introducing ‘Jiwa Gluten Free Maida’, the newest member of our gluten free range. This 100 percent wheat free and natural product is a path breaking blend of tapioca starch, corn flour and other gluten free ingredients. Ideal for making bakery items like breads, biscuits, cakes and other Indian preparations like pooris, samosas and kachoris, this all-purpose flour is sure to surpass its wheat based counterpart.

Storage & Shelf Life

Best before 6 months from date of manufacturing, Fresher the better! Conventionally stored in tin boxes away from moisture and heat.

Cooking Method

  • Knead 2 cups of Jiwa Gluten Free Maida with 1 tbsp. oil and ½ cup of water to a soft and smooth dough.
  • Cover and keep aside for 10 mins.
  • Use as required.

Serving Suggestion

One of the most versatile flours, use this all-purpose flour in bakes, in Indian snacks and everything else you can fathom!

    Good for gluten/wheat allergy

    Being a gluten intolerence i found the taste was good,when kneaded it showed the same property as any glutanous flour would inspite of being gluten free it donot tore apart when it is rolled a good product for celiac and wheat/gluten allergy patient.

    Heartfelt Thanks

    Thank you for the product ! I haven’t eaten Poori or Chapathi as I was diagnosed gluten allergic. It’s like a blessing in disguise now to eat Poori with gluten free products. Very helpful for Gluten allergic patients.

    Good alternative for gluten allergic people.

    This aata is very good in taste and you can easily make aloo paranthas with it though in a bit different way but tastes too good…boon for gluten allergic and celiac people..
