Multigrain Waffles


  • Preheat the waffle iron.
  • Mix 1-1/2 cups Jiwa Multigrain flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt and 2 tbsp granulated sugar.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together 1-1/2 cups lukewarm milk and 1/3 cup melted butter.
  • Mix up the wet and dry ingredients, the batter might look lumpy, nothing to fret! 
  • Spoon the batter into the Iron, cook through for 10-12 mins.
  • Keep the maple syrup, and berries ready to dig into some delicious Belgian style warm waffles.
